Toss to a New Year of happiness and prosperity this spring

18 DECEMBER 2018, SINGAPORE – Madame Fan celebrates its inaugural Lunar New Year festival with exquisitely crafted Set Lunch and Set Dinner menus. A lifestyle-dining concept by acclaimed restaurateur Alan Yau, herald the arrival of spring and celebrate joyous reunions at Madame Fan from 16 January to 19 February 2019.

Feast to Oriental FlairFeaturing a bold and playful take on traditional Cantonese cuisine by Executive Chinese Chef Mike Tan, guests will be able to delight in exclusively crafted festive set menus available for lunch and dinner. Highlights from the lunch menu includes signature dim sum offerings such as Scallop Siew Mai, Sri Lankan Mud Crab Wanton as well as Madame Fan signatures including Double Boiled Four Treasure Soup and the Australian Rib Eye Pepper Beef. Festive set lunch menus are priced from SGD 78++ per person for a minimum of two persons.

For a sumptuous reunion feast with loved ones, guests may select from festive dinner menus for every occasion. With a six-course dinner menu starting from $128++ per person, notable dishes include Four Treasure Soup with Supreme Stock, Fortune Chicken poached in Herbs and Supreme Stock as well as Steamed Silver Cod with Chinese Ham and Ginger Sauce.

Seven-course dinner menus featuring additional premium offerings are also available from $168++ per person. The premium menu is highlighted by festive dishes including Double Boiled Sea Conch, Sakura Chicken and Cordyceps Flower Soup as well as Steamed Soon Hock with Pat Chun Premium Soy.

Prosperity Yu Sheng – SGD 88 for small | SGD 128 for large Kick off the Lunar New Year with a toss to a prosperous year with Madame Fan’s Prosperity Yu Sheng. Chef Mike Tan has creatively incorporated ingredients such as crispy rice noodles, purple cabbage, silver fish, pomelo, mandarin orange and green mango into the layers of Yu Sheng to create a tantalizing and spectacular talking point at the dining table.

Available for dine-in only, Madame Fan’s Prosperity Yu Sheng features optional premium addons including Live Abalone from South Africa ($68 per 100g), Boston Lobster ($68 per 100g), Geoduck ($68 per 100g) as well as Kaluga Caviar ($170 per 50g).

Madame Fan’s six exquisite private dining rooms and a VIP dining room offers the perfect setting for hosting your reunion celebrations. The VIP room can accommodate a private party of up to 14 guests. There would be two seatings available on Chinese New Year Eve (6pm to 8pm and 8.30pm to 10.30pm).
