Everyone knows Brewnanza as a craft beer playground, but did you know that this year’s food offerings are bigger and better than ever?

Some highlights:

Black Tap (Singapore)
The NYC legend brings over-the-top burgers and milkshakes (the kind of food you dream about after a night of hazy IPAs). Brewnanza Fest will be Black Tap's first pop-up this year! 
At Brewnanza Fest, Black Tap also presents the exclusive return of its boozy milkshakes - Mudslide shake and Corn Coconut shake. 

Daily Beer (South Korea)

3) Workshops at Brewnanza 

Going beyond the tap, attendees can expect an exciting lineup of workshops. 

On Friday, Pablo Espinosa (Suga Cyan) kicks things off by revealing how label art and design tell stories that shape our drinking experience
Samata Brewing’s Superchote Chantasuksilpa shows how Bangkok’s food culture inspires his flavour-forward sours. 
Saturday programming shifts into hands-on learning, with Brewlander’s John Wei guiding aspiring brewers through the fundamentals of home brewing.
Heroes Beer Co’s Chris Wong simplifying everyday food and beer pairings
Chef Adam Dulye of the U.S. Brewers Association elevating the conversation with a deep dive into pairing beer with modern cuisine.
Sunday closes the festival with an insider’s look at the craft. John Wei returns to share advanced brewing secrets.
Pablo Espinosa revisits the cultural symbolism of beer label art. 
Chef Adam Dulye expands his pairing masterclass with creative, unexpected flavour combinations
Manbeer Singh of Singapore’s Ren Min Brewery rounds off the weekend with a session on what truly makes the perfect pint, from pour and foam to hops and glassware.

Super Loco Tap Takeover (21 - 28 August 2025)

Get into the festival spirit early with a week-long tap takeover at Super Loco Customs House. 

Brewlander will be pouring its signature Freedom Lager and seasonal Teh-O Limau Sour, alongside guest taps Dancing Cider (Crisp Citrus) and Rocky Ridge (Cali IPA).
