(Singapore, 18 May 2022)   Dynasty Travel International, Singapore’s leading travel agency established in 1978, has announced the completion of the first phase of its office renovation at 35 New Bridge Road. The renovation coincides with the completion of Dynasty Travel’s rebranding, including a new logo and look, reflecting the company’s push towards increasing desire for more experiential travel amongst Asian and global holidaymakers. In celebration, Dynasty Travel will announce a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Antarctica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands in 2023.

The improvements to the office and overall building serve to re-invent the trip planning experience for customers. The space is cosy and lounge-like, where travellers can drop by for a cup of tea cultivated by famed tea estates or sit down and read an array of travel books – including a ‘book of the month’ recommendation that will be made available.

Dynasty Travel will also be hosting a World Culture Series of regular immersive events intended to celebrate and promote global cultures and heritage, such as Japanese traditional flower arrangement lessons, South African wine tasting, and Panamanian cuisine, among others.

An upcoming event taking place on 21 May 2022 is the World Culture Series: Panama, which will be joined by Ambassador Rodrigo Chiari, Panamanian ex-diplomat, together with local celebrity Zheng Wanling. The couple will share their experiences and help future travellers discover a cultural melting pot unique to the Isthmus. Head to the website for more information on event programming.

“With people eager to travel again, customers are increasingly relying on trusted agencies to manoeuvre the uncertainties of a post-COVID world and to create exceptional, meaningful travel experiences, ” says Catherine Tioh, Marketing Lead for Dynasty Travel, adding, “The trend towards more curated, experience-led holidays pre-date the pandemic and we look to leverage our new parent company Travel Curators’ unrivalled global network of friends and partners to create meticulously crafted travel itineraries for global travellers. We want to encourage slow travel, have travellers experience the places they visit on a deeper level, and this starts from the moment they visit our new office.”

Some upgrades to the building include:

Refurbished façade with Travel Curators’ brand colours black and silver, and two circles that represent Dynasty Travel.  New signage that reflects a new philosophy of helping people travel well, learn more and give back to the community and environment

First floor lounge that invites customers to relax, gain inspiration for travel and seek advice from our travel experts. Office floor that reflects an open and relaxed office culture, allowing teams to collaborate and express creativity.

It has also launched a new interpretation of its iconic dragon logo as part of the rebranding initiative. Together with a more stylish font-type, the new logo set is in line with Dynasty Travel’s transformation into a contemporary travel agency that appeals to global travellers looking for unique experiences not easily found at the click of a mouse.

The website has also undergone a refreshed facelift, with a new layout that puts the emphasis on travel ideas and inspirations. In line with the shift towards sustainable travel, clients will have access to a new Dynasty Travel app that will, amongst other things, deliver interactive travel itineraries with live updates and travelogue features, and in-app chat with a concierge team for enquiries and on-trip support.

To mark this milestone, Dynasty Travel will also announce their biggest project yet: a 19-day expedition to Antarctica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands chartered exclusively for their clients in November 2023. As the first and only travel agency in Southeast Asia to charter expedition ships to Antarctica, Dynasty Travel's clients will have the opportunity to traverse passages made famous by the great Sir Ernest Shackleton 100 years ago.

Departing from Ushuaia in Argentina on board a brand-new expedition ship, travellers will cross the mighty Drake Passage to the South Shetland Islands and the Antarctica Peninsula, before paying a visit to the fascinating Falkland Islands, making zodiac landings at penguin rookeries, pristine beaches and fascinating lookouts along the way.
