Cucumbers, like most humans, like the sun on their face, so keep them in a sunny spot by the window as they don't like being cold."

Hendrick's Summer Punch (serves 3-4) A refreshing, tantalisingly tangy summer serve that's perfect for garden parties.

Ingredients:

Hendrick's Gin – 150 ml

Lemon Juice – 60ml

Elderflower Cordial – 25ml

Cloudy Apple Juice – 300ml

Maraschino Liqueur – 10ml 

Instructions:

Wash the Whimsical Watering Can before use and then combine all ingredients together inside. Add plenty of summer fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cucumber, lemon wheels) and a handful of ice. Pour into teacups over cubed ice or in a coupette. Garnish with a cucumber wheel and mint sprig.
