Following the successful 2016 show, the 13th edition of ITE HCMC will once again open its doors to welcome the tourism and travel community at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from 7 - 9 September 2017.ITE HCMC has established itself as an important annual international travel event in Vietnam. This is where both international and regional buyers, suppliers, trade professionals and media partners from the tourism and travel organizations meet and exchange the latest and new developments in the industry. With a varied programme including ITE Online Business Matching, Trade Seminars, Post-Show Tours and Exhibition, ITE HCMC 2017 is set to provide all participants with new sources of inspiration in gaining more business opportunities!

ITE HCMC 2017 is proudly supported by the major regional stakeholders: Ministry of Tourism, Cambodia; Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Lao PDR; Ministry of Hotels & Tourism, Myanmar; Ministry of Tourism and Sports; Kingdom of Thailand.The exhibition is privileged to gain the recognition as the only national tourism event endorsed by: Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism, Vietnam and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

The organising committee is comprised of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, VINEXAD and Informa Exhibitions. Together, the committee has put together a series of new and exciting features and programmes for the exhibition, catering to tourism industry professionals, dignitaries, ministries and the general public.From September 7 – 8, 2017 the event is only open to Trade Visitors. On September 9, 2017 both Trade and the public will be welcome. On all three days, the exhibition is open from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Over 26,000 international, regional and local trade and public, travel professionals and buyers are expected to attend.

ITE HCMC 2017 is both a Trade and Public event focusing on Inbound and Outbound Tourism and will attract bulk buyers, companies with incentive programmes, corporate travel managers, destination management companies, event planners, fit and git organisers and buyers, incentive houses, meeting planners, mice organisers, tour operators, travel agents, and affluent travellers and members of the public.

Grand Opening Ceremony & Gala Dinner

This major ITE HCMC highlight is attended by dignitaries, buyers, media, exhibitors and sellers, and invited guests. Before the official opening attendees will be impressed by very entertaining performances and will be treated to first class gastronomic experience. This is a much anticipated event by veteran attendees not only for its grandeur, but also for great networking opportunities it provides.

The Mekong Tourism Alliance Awards (MTAA) will commence after the Opening Ceremony.
