Jigger & Pony Launches Embrace: A New Cocktail Menuzine
The latest drinking menu by Singapore’s most accoladed cocktail bar is a celebration of people, connections, and shared moments
(Singapore, 7 April 2025) This year, Jigger & Pony unveils its new annual themed menuzine with a warm hug. Titled EMBRACE, the menu reaffirms the acclaimed bar’s mission to be a welcoming space where guests can find comfort, forge friendships, and share happiness.
In a fast-moving world that can feel fragmented at times, EMBRACE recognises the timeless values of hospitality and the simple joys of being present with one another. “We believe that a great bar is more than just the drinks it serves. It’s about the people, the stories they share, and the moments that bring them together,” says Creative Director Uno Jang. “A great bar, like a great embrace, should be open to all – no matter where you come from.”
In translating this spirit of openness and acceptance into the glass, the menu features 21 cocktails across three key narrative arcs: Embrace Change, Embrace Tradition, and Embrace You. Available in both hardcopy and digital flipbook formats, the 68-page EMBRACE is Jigger & Pony’s first menuzine to spotlight its team on the cover and throughout the pages, reflecting the celebration of people, connections, and shared moments that the menu set out to be.
Embrace Change: Sip Bold, New Possibilities
At Jigger & Pony, progress is sought with change. Embrace Change invites guests to discover how change, even in subtle ways, can lead to richer experiences. For example, Red Revival takes on a fresh perspective of beetroot as a cocktail ingredient alongside earthy and smoky Liberica coffee, which is roasted in-house to coax out its fruitier notes. Together with crisp Patrón Silver Tequila and delicate strawberry, the result is a layered and intriguing expression that feels both unexpected and naturally right.
Jigger & Pony is open Sundays to Tuesdays 6pm to 12am, Wednesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm to 1:00am, Fridays & Saturdays 6:00pm to 2:00am.
All menu cocktails are priced at S$28, non-alcoholic cocktails at S$22, and punch bowls at S$340 (serves 15 to 20 portions). Prices are subject to GST and service charge.
