RELIEF FLIGHT FROM BALI ON THURSDAY & FRIDAY

Flying conditions at Denpasar Airport are predicted to clear tomorrow for a period of time, so Jetstar is planning to operate relief flights out of Bali to get as many people back to Singapore and Australia as possible.
On Thursday 30 November and Friday 1 December, Jetstar Asia will operate its daily scheduled Bali service, as well as an additional relief flight from Bali to Singapore. Customers booked on these flights are being contacted directly.
Likewise, Jetstar Airways (JQ) and Qantas (QF) have ten scheduled flights and will put on an additional six relief flights on Thursday for customers flying to Australia.
Volcanic activity and ash cloud are unpredictable and flights may be cancelled at short notice.
Our senior pilots will make further assessment tonight and tomorrow morning based on the latest information from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre. We will provide customers further updates if the situation changes.
Customers in Singapore who have been disrupted or are planning to travel to Bali over the next week are encouraged to consider the alternative options, including a voucher or flying to another international destination such as Ho Chi Minh City, Phuket, Yangon, Phnom Penh, Da Nang or Hat Yai.
