From 27 March 2018, Jetstar Asia will operate three weekly services between Singapore and  Osaka located in the Kansai region of Japan.

Jetstar Asia CEO Mr Bara Pasupathi said that this direct service is an exciting development for both the airline and its customers as it will be the first direct connection to Japan for customers in Northern Luzon, and the third connection to Osaka for customers in Singapore.

“Apart from the greater convenience for our travellers, this service will increase Jetstar’s capacity up to three services a week through Kansai International Airport and Clark will now be the latest gateway in the region for Singapore travellers to fly to Osaka.

From Singapore, Jetstar Asia currently operates up to 12 services through Taipei to Osaka and up to 5 services through Manila to Osaka. The flight time between Singapore and Osaka will be 9 hours.

Our business travellers or family tourists from North and Central Luzon, and those who wish to visit our popular local destinations may now fly Jetstar Asia to and from Japan via Clark and at the same time enjoy low fares."

The new service will be operated by Jetstar Asia’s 180-seat Airbus A320.
