(Singapore, April 19, 2024) Swiss Soul Pop artist Veronica Fusaro is set to perform at the Singapore Botanic Gardens Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage on Saturday, June 8th, at 6:00 PM, in what promises to be a unique and memorable closing event of the Swiss Weeks 2024. This free public concert will feature Fusaro’s blend of pop and soul music, marked by her storytelling and melody-driven songs.

Influenced by artists like Adele, Amy Winehouse, and Alicia Keys, Fusaro has a knack for connecting with her audience, whether it’s in intimate venues or larger outdoor events. For this particular solo performance, she will be using a live looping setup to craft her music on the spot, offering an experience that moves seamlessly between personal ballads and energetic highs.

The concert is a feature of Swiss Weeks 2024, an initiative spearheaded by the Embassy of Switzerland showcasing Swiss culture, innovation, and culinary treasures in the Lion City while fostering cultural connections and people-to people ties between the two countries.

Swiss Ambassador Frank Grütter notes, “This year’s edition of the Swiss Weeks is an opportunity to showcase the musical talent emerging from Switzerland and to strengthen the bonds between our two countries. We hope this concert, set in the beautiful Singapore Botanic Gardens, will be a place for people to come together and enjoy an inspiring evening of great music.”

Attendees are encouraged to bring along a picnic and enjoy the evening in the company of friends and family in the scenic outdoors.

Picnic Baskets Offer: Huber's Butchery, in partnership with the concert organizers, will provide a limited number of picnic baskets filled with Swiss delights. These are available for those who register in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lucky Draw: Registered attendees can also enter a lucky draw for one of five Swiss goodie bags containing a $50 Huber's Butchery voucher. 

Admission and Registration: Admission is free. Registration is required to participate in the lucky-draw and to receive a complimentary picnic basket (subject to availability). Each picnic basket is intended for sharing among 5 individuals.
