(Singapore July 12, 2026) My favorite spa treatment is the facial. As I tend to hold a lot of tension in my face, I find the facial relaxing. And my face needs all the help it can get. So, when the opportunity arose to have a session at Roses & More Skin Alchemy, I didn’t hesitate. I’d never heard of Jenny Wong but now that I have enjoyed one session with her, I would like everyone to get to know her and her approach to making people look better.

Duration: approximately 30 minutes. 

MLD is a specialised, rhythmic manual technique that activates lymphatic flow without pressure or force. The touch is intentionally light — working just beneath the skin's surface to stimulate the lymphatic vessels, not the muscles. It was amazing. I could imagine the lymphatic vessels expanding and the flow like a spring thaw carrying away the detritus of a long winter. I melted back into the massage table wanting the treatment to never end.

The lymphatic system is the body's quiet workhorse — responsible for fluid regulation, immune function, and cellular waste clearance. At each step Jenny softly told me what was to follow. Now began a very gentle stinging from the Nova Plasma handpiece as it was applied across targeted zones. Honestly, I am not the best person for reporting on how my face looks (when Jenny took a picture of me during treatment with a towel around my face I thought I looked like a pear with eyes).
