The free Matcha Ice Cream promotion will be available at 2 participating BingXue outlets: BingXue Changi City Point and BingXue Suntec City Mall. Redemptions are limited to 500 Matcha Ice Cream cones per outlet per day, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
