MACAO – September, 2016 - Conrad Macao Cotai Central is undergoing a pink transformation for its 'PINK Inspired' campaign this October. From 1-31 October, the hotel will offer its guests a series of PINK experiences and collectibles in support of Hong Kong Cancer Fund's Pink Revolution, an annual campaign that raises awareness and funds for breast cancer research. As a Diamond sponsor of the campaign for the fourth successive year, Conrad Macao has pledged to donate a portion of its proceeds, including those from the “PINK Inspired Afternoon Tea”, to the fund.

Throughout the PINK month of October, Conrad Macao Executive Chef Emmanuel Souliere and Executive Pastry Chef Stephane Blanchard have crafted an array of sophisticated pink delights in The Lounge for guests to enjoy. The delectable PINK Inspired Afternoon Tea set, crafted with Tea WG tea-infused delicacies, features an enticing selection of pink treats with tasteful Tea WG signature options, including Royal Darjeeling, Pink Flamingo Tea, Pink Garden Tea, Jasmine Queen Tea, French Earl Grey, and more.Indulge in a gourmet selection of delicate smoked salmon sandwiches with cucumber and red radish, followed by pink savouries including tartelettes served with smoked fish egg mousse and fresh cream, pink roasted beef with pickles, and lemon bread with sardines and roasted tomatoes.

Afternoon tea wouldn't be complete without sweets, and in addition to a cup of their favourite Tea WG signature tea, guests will be treated to Chef Stephane's exquisite, handcrafted pink-themed tea-based desserts. Selections include raspberry tartelettes with rose coconut cream and jasmine tea jelly, lychee éclairs, white chocolate mousse and pink rhubarb, and pink cranberry and Earl Grey tea scones served with traditional clotted cream and honey.

Guests can choose from two Pink experiences: either the Premium level (MOP268*), which includes a choice of Tea WG hot tea, coffee, or two mocktails or cocktails, with MOP25 donated to the fund; or the Luxury level (MOP298*), with a choice of Tea WG hot tea, coffee, or two cocktails or mocktails, plus a limited edition, exclusive Conrad PINK Leopard bear or PINK duck, with MOP50 donated to the fund. In addition, guests who purchase the PINK Inspired Afternoon Tea will also receive a gift voucher to redeem a gift box of tea-infused macarons at any Tea WG boutiques located at Shoppes at Four Seasons, Shoppes at Venetian, and Shoppes at Parisian.
