Margaret Paul Appointed General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore

Margaret brings over 15 years of experience from luxury hotel groups in Europe, the United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom

(Singapore, 12 January 2020) Margaret Paul has been appointed as the General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, a part of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, with effect from 1 January 2021.
Prior to joining Pan Pacific Singapore, Margaret was the Managing Director of Emerald Palace Kempinski, Dubai and Kempinski Hotel Residences Palm Jumeirah. Margaret also worked for 16 years with the Jumeirah Group both in London and Dubai, progressing to the role of General Manager of the iconic Burj Al Arab and prior to that, was General
Manager of Madinat Jumeirah overseeing four hotels with extensive F&B operations and renowned for their high service standards.   
Margaret is highly driven, energetic and passionate about the hospitality industry with more than 15 years of ensuring dedicated and award-winning service from the luxury hotels under her care.

In her role as General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, Margaret will focus on leading the team through this challenging period to deliver a world class luxury hospitality experience for its guests and key stakeholders.
