Guests begin their coconut-inspired journey with a refreshing drink made with young coconut or coconut flower, accompanied by a traditional Miang Kham ball—a Thai herbal delicacy that bursts with the perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavours, with roasted coconut at its heart.
The adventure continues with a two-hour tour of the Coconut Museum, where guests can experience the traditional art of coconut oil production. From peeling and scraping to squeezing and distilling, visitors participate in hands-on activities and take home freshly made coconut oil – a personal keepsake that will also feature in their upcoming spa treatment. 
The journey then delves into the culinary arts with a rare dessert-making workshop, also held at the museum. Here, guests craft Kanom Kee Mun, a traditional Thai sweet made from the by-products of coconut oil production. This treasured dessert offers a taste of cultural heritage rarely found today, adding a deliciously immersive touch to the experience.
The highlight of the experience is the signature ‘Journey of Samui’ spa treatment, a holistic indulgence infused with the soothing essence of coconut. After a calming foot bath and herbal steam, a gentle coconut body scrub exfoliates and hydrates. Then, a warm or cool coconut oil massage replenishes sun-kissed skin with antioxidants.. Guests will also plant a young coconut tree, leaving a lasting symbol of their bond with Koh Samui.
The day concludes with an exquisite set dinner at Sala Thai, featuring standout dishes such as spiced coconut custard with seafood served in a mini coconut; spicy and sour Thai prawn soup made with fresh coconut water; red coconut curry with duck breast, lychee and grape; and a decadent chocolate coconut parfait with raspberries.
As they return to their room, guests will discover homemade coconut cookies or delicious savoury bites by their bedside, rounding off their coconut-inspired journey with a delightful and personal note.
