chapter for the luxury villa resort as it sharpens its focus on personalised service, lifestyle-led experiences and culinary-driven
programming.

Todd brings more than 23 years of hospitality experience across Australia, Asia and Europe, including 18 years with Accor,
working across luxury and premium brands including senior culinary, F&B and General Manager roles with Accor, Langham Hospitality Group and Dusit International. His portfolio spans beach, ski and golf resorts, in addition to a Michelin Star awarded restaurant and city hotels, complemented by multiple hotel openings and extensive experience in diverse cultural settings having worked his way through Europe and Asia.
Todd began his career in Sydney as a chef, completing a formal apprenticeship before progressing his career in the kitchen, followed by overall F&B leadership roles, and into hotel operations. He later earned a Swiss MBA while working full-time in Japan, adding academic foundations to his hands-on leadership experience.
“My career started in Australia at a young age, I started work in the kitchen straight after school as I found I have a passion for
