Singapore Restaurants New Menu Launches in August 

In Singapore there are numerous new restaurants opening and periodic menu changes  with new and old flavours.

2. DUOMO RISTORANTE at CHIJMES Hearty Italian Flair

Housed within the restored walls of CHIJMES, DUOMO RISTORANTE takes its name from the Italian word for ‘Cathedral’.

Enjoy a taste of “la dolce vita” from the North and South regional specialties using premium ingredients sourced directly from Italy with a signature ‘DUOMO’ touch, pairing with curated selection of wine, Duomo Mule, Aperol Spritz, right here in Singapore.

Try La Bruschetta, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Seafood Cioppino and Homemade Polpette for antipastos and soup.

3. Pan Pacific Hotel The Edge Buffet Restaurant - Singapore National Day Celebration Feasting with Local Favourites and Scrumptious Seafood

Celebrate Singapore's National Day with Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore at award winning Edge Restaurant at Pan Pacific Hotel.

5. Parkroyal Marina Bay Hotel Peppermint Restaurant - Straits’ Peranakan buffet with Penang One Michelin Star Eatery

Savour The Straits Peranakan Buffet at Peppermint Restaurant where One-MICHELIN-Starred Auntie Gaik Lean's Old School Eatery collaborates with Chef Leon Yee to present an authentic Peranakan Feast with Singapore National Day Celebrations, fireworks viewings during National Day previews and actual day.

Diners can indulge in free-flow durian like Mao Shan Wang, Red Prawn and D24 varieties, delivered fresh from Malaysia and de-shelled on the spot or enjoy it grilled with a hint of caramelized sweetness and smokiness on Fridays and Saturday evenings outdoors at Peppermint's Urban Farm.

Auntie Gaik Lean's Old School Eatery has been awarded one MICHELIN Star for two consecutive years since the first edition in 2023. Chef Leon Yee's Perankan recipes were inspired by his grandmother. Try the crispy Ngoh Hiang with White Timun Achar, Gado Gado, Ayam Buah Kelua, Itek Sio, Black Angus Beef Belly Pongteh, Giant Stingray Kuah Lada, Rock Lobster with Charred Chilli Chuka and the signature very Lemak Blue Pea Flower Rice, served with Spicy Coconut Floss.
