Drawing inspiration from the 17th-century European Wunderkammer – private rooms filled with curious objects, inventions and musical instruments that sparked wonder and creativity -, this intimate chamber programme presents rarely-heard Baroque masterpieces by composers such as Buxtehude, Biber and Rosenmüller, including several Singapore premieres.
Harpsichorist Olivier Fortin was born in Québec and has been living in Burgundy, France since 2009, where he teaches baroque music and leads his own ensemble: Masques. Much demanded as a soloist and chamber musician, he has performed throughout Europe, in Japan, China, South Korea, Australia, the United States and Canada.

Ziad Dalloul
This debut exhibition of artist Ziad Dalloul in Singapore will feature paintings from the past five years and archival materials, which together trace his artistic evolution through philosophical inquiry into nature and existence. Born in Syria in 1953 and based in Paris since 1984, Dalloul’s works are part of major international collections, including the British Museum, Institut du Monde Arabe, and Fondazione Orestiadi.
His paintings explore the spaces between interior and exterior, presence and absence. Through masterful light and colour, Dalloul’s works evoke a “third place” beyond the real and the imagined, where possibility quietly unfolds.

Still Lives, After Life
An exhibition by Ugo Li
Until 9, May 2026
Richard Koh Fine Art
Richard Koh Art Singapore presents Still Lives, After Life, Ugo Li’s first solo exhibition in Singapore, featuring paintings that revisit still life through temporality, residue, and persistence.
Li treats still life as arrangement but as aftermath: tables after meals, vases after flowers, surfaces marked by routine. Suspended moments linger as objects outlast function. Stillness becomes temporal rather than decorative, holding traces without narrative.
Plates, bottles, fruit, and furniture are rendered with restraint, balancing fragility and endurance. Modest and ornamental forms coexist, where value lies in duration. Unsentimental and attentive, these works propose continuity, where objects outlive their users as witnesses.
Until 9 May, 2026
11:00am – 7:00pm
Richard Koh Fine Art, Blk 47 Malan Rd, #01-26 Gillman Barracks, Singapore 109444

RÉVOLUTION! A Fools’ Dialogue
An exhibition by Singaporean artists engaging with the French legacy
23 April to 23, May 2026
La Galerie, Alliance Française de Singapour,
RÉVOLUTION! – A Fools’ Dialogue brings together twenty local outsider artists, each responding directly to an artwork by a revolutionary French master. These are our riff-raffs and rule-breakers, inspired yet challenging the standard set by France with a fearless and frank perspective. By answering and reinterpreting French references, these artists define their own Singaporean stories, engaging a necessary dialogue between a young culture and an established canon.
Revolutions begin when fools have dialogues. It takes a unique courage to be unafraid of tradition, a bravery France pioneered through the artists referenced who strayed away from conventions and redefined art itself. Today, the Singapore art scene remains nascent and raw. In the wake of the French trailblazers, this show aims to highlight the path Singaporeans are carving for themselves.
Until 23 May, 2026
9:00am – 7.30pm
