(Singapore, 30 June 2022) The first Adina Serviced Apartment in Asia will debut on 7 July 2022. Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard, managed by Far East Hospitality (a home-grown, leading operator of hotels and serviced residences), is an 88-key property that promises to redefine personal service in the extended-stay tourism segment through an innovative hospitality experience.

Nestled between Somerset and Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations, it provides unrivalled accessibility to a plethora of dining options, famous museums and parks just a stroll or bike ride away. It occupies the former Regency House Singapore and has been refreshed with improved product offerings and touchpoints to align with Adina, a brand born in Australia. With its tagline #MyOtherAddress, Adina Singapore Orchard aspires to be the home away from home for corporate expatriates, leisure travellers, and individuals or families looking to reside at least six nights in the country.

Choose from three different types of thoughtfully designed accommodation – Studio, 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom apartments – stylishly furnished with cozy touches and warm hues that offers a welcoming and relaxed residential living. The apartment sizes range from 387 sqft for a Studio to 1,205 sqft for a 3-Bedroom apartment.

Stay In

The Australian hospitality experience begins even before arrival. Through a partnership with gourmet retailer Ryan’s Grocery, Adina guests have the option to stock up on their groceries prior to check-in by ordering from its online shop. The fresh food is sourced directly from artisanal producers in Western Australia. These will then be delivered and received by the reception so that a well-stocked apartment will greet guests upon check-in. Other welcome touches include a refreshing, fruity popsicle at check-in, an Australian-inspired hamper with snacks and tea, and a charming Fedora hat to shield against the tropical sun when the guest explores the beautiful lion city.

Within each apartment are bathroom amenities from the Sydney-based brand INK&WATER. This brand takes inspiration from the city’s contemporary café culture and alchemy of innovative ingredients that define urban drinking today. Their promise is to formulate inspiring, must have body, hair and skincare products that create a buzz for the coolest of cool.

The hospitality continues with a “Make Your Own Sandwich” Breakfast experience. From an assortment of hams and cheeses to a full BLT, Adina will provide the ingredients for a customised morning meal. Then there are Perk Me Up Coffee Mondays to look forward to, where capsules from an assortment of roasters are available for sampling. Savour each cuppa while mingling with other in-house guests or Adina team members – this activity is the perfect opportunity to bond with the community.
