SINGAPORE, November 17, 2015 – Anti:dote looks set to create another first in the shaping and sharing of cocktail culture with the introduction of The Revivals, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts new cocktail menu.
A selection of beautifully balanced and delicious cocktails created by newly appointed Fairmont Tastemakers, one of whom is Anti:dote’s celebrated Head Craftsman, Tom Hogan; The Revivals has unearthed a new level of quality and craftsmanship, showcasing classic delicious drinks that have been re-imagined with a modern twist.
This is the first time that Fairmont has hand selected top bartenders from around the world to create cocktails together. The new creations were developed in partnership with Kathy Casey at her Liquid Kitchen Food Studios in June 2015.

The menu features a range of the most requested classics, familiar to many. Drawing inspiration from the original recipe and incorporating a wide array of flavours, styles and techniques, savour a glass of the revived classic amidst the chic backdrop of Anti:Dote.Freshen up over a Sparking Collins Royale infused with mint, cucumber and a hint of lemon juice. For enthusiasts of stirring Old-Fashioned cocktails, the Fairmont Old-Fashioned promises enough bitters to create perfect harmony in a glass. Earthy floral notes are highlights in the Right Word, a cocktail bearing its very own tale.
The Revivals’ will be served in beautifully handcrafted Schott Zwiesel crystal glassware, for a refined finishing touch. Expect no less than classics, perfected.
