Restaurant Euphoria

Restaurant Euphoria is inspired by 'Gastro Botanica' – the art of showcasing different varieties of vegetables in dishes. The cuisine is influenced by contemporary French techniques, interwoven with guidance from the West and the East.
Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat
Opened November 2020
Born out of Singaporeans' love of good food and passion for shared foodie experiences, Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat features humble eats and is anchored by the concept of purpose-driven retail. Set in the historic heritage landmark, the concept behind @Lau Pa Sat is to support home-grown food brands by acting as both a launch pad for new labels as well as a springboard for more established ones to expand and grow.
1-ATICO
Opened December 2020
Sprawled across two levels of ION Orchard and 218 metres into the Singapore sky on the 55th floor of ION Orchard, 1-ATICO offers the 'penthouse' of dining experiences. Three different dining options are available for guests: FIRE offers Argentinian cuisine, FLNT provides a Japanese-Peruvian influenced sumiyaki bar and grill, and the ATICO lounge is a 'radical futuristic playground', where guests can celebrate music, fill up their glasses and enjoy the 'high' life.

Waku Ghin
Reopened after 2 years of extensive renovations
Almost needing no introductions, Waku Ghin is the pride and joy of well-known Australian-Japanese Chef Tetsuya Wakuda. Incorporating his Japanese culinary craftsmanship with fresh seasonal ingredients, the exclusive experience at the 10-seater chef's table is naturally coveted by diners, but another option is to unwind at the bar with handcrafted Japanese-style cocktails or premium sake.
Moonbow
Opened January 2021
Moonbow is located in the heart of Dempsey Hill and offers a delectable menu of Modern European cuisine with an Asian influence. Helmed by famous Singapore Chef, Heman Tan, Moonbow is an elevated dining space that is still incredibly comfortable to be in.
Clos Pasoh
Opened March 2021
Describing themselves as 'unpretentious and casually sophisticated', Clos Pasoh offers 'chic reimagining' of the classic French brasserie. Diners have the option of an A La Carte dinner option – complete with Escargots, or a set lunch menu complete with Lobster Bisque. The restaurant also offers an array of fine French wines to refresh the palette.
Sommer Dining

Recent proud owners of a prestigious Michelin star, Sommer Dining aims to showcase their personal approach on modern European cuisine where ingredients are showcased through seasonality. The menu offers a canopy style eating experience. Diners are also offered expert advice on the perfect wine to pair with their chosen dish.
Mama Diam

Inspired by the iconic convenience stores known as “mama shops” that lined Singapore's streets in the 90s, (“mama” means “uncle” in Tamil, as the proprietors used to be Indian men) Mama Diam is hidden behind a secret entry that mimics a Mama storefront . Embark on a nostalgic journey rediscovering Singapore's cultural heritage through a menu that includes signature cocktails that feature local flavours like Pandan, Sour Plum and Halia (ginger).
Analogue

Analogue is a plant-based, sustainable bar that aims to transform the drinking and dining experience, embracing alternative methods, ingredients and technologies to spearhead modern-day bar culture. From their 3D printed bar top to tables made from recycled plastic to a 100% plant-based, nutritionally-minded menu, Analogue points the way to the future.
Chin Mee Chin
Relaunched 15 September 2021
Since their founding in the 1920s, Chin Mee Chin has always remained a family business and iconic coffee shop. Recently relaunched, the cafe has been preserved to deliver an authentic heritage experience, with nostalgic interiors complete with original mosaic flooring, tiled walls, vintage marble-top tables and bent-wood chairs.
Claudine Restaurant

Already the owner of 3-michelin star restaurant Odette, chef Julien Royer has decided to expand his expertise by opening his next masterpiece, Claudine Restaurant. Claudine serves French cuisine which is inspired by honest home-cooking and convivial meals.
FOOL

Owned by renowned Aussie Chef, Rishi Naleendra and Group Beverage Manager, Vinodhan Veloo, FOOL offers a modern wine bar and restaurant. The name FOOL was chosen as a cheeky reminder to not take ourselves too seriously – with the restaurant opting for unconventional wine lists and playful food dishes.
