Alongside the enthralling detective whodunnit tale and first-of-its-kind virtual interactive play is a chance for participants who succeeded in solving the mystery to win a stay at the illustrious Presidential Suite at Raffles Hotel Singapore.
Released on 1 April 2021, the virtual gameplay presents a highly interactive experience that combines the performing arts, storytelling and technology. Written by award-winning playwright Jean Tay and directed by critically acclaimed actor-director Hossan Leong, (pictured top) the virtual theatrical experience immerses audiences into the role of the detective tasked to investigate the missing Peranakan treasure – the crown jewel of the fictional “Treasures of the Straits” exhibition at the Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Immersive 360-degree views, surround sound, augmented reality choice-based functions, stitched together by technology company Xctuality, allow a never-before exploration of the hotel's historic grounds. From the comfort of home, local and international audiences can venture through its illustrious halls, all the while piecing clues together, and deciding how the story unfolds.

Those successful in solving the mystery will also stand a chance to win a stay within the capacious 260 Sqm Presidential Suite at Raffles Hotel Singapore.
