The Reason I called my story 'Another Roadside Attraction' is because that Khao Yai is because all along the highways there are so many places to visit, enjoy and experience. On the trip, graciously hosted by the Tourism Association of Thailand we only visited some of them and of those we visited I could only share a few of the pictures in my magazine story for Asian Journeys, which you can see by following this link: https://asianjourneys.com.sg/eMagazine/singapore/2018-04-02/page-1#book/15
The cooler, dryer weather in north eastern Thailand was greatly appreciated by all of on the trip as it was a chance to escape the heat and humidity of Singapore. That cooler weather provides the climate where two very good wineries grow excellent grapes and make award winning wines. BP Valley and GranMonte - both are well worth a visit. Here a re just a few more of the hundreds of photos I took on that trip.
