The festival will showcase some of the group’s leading culinary talent including Michelin-star chef Kirk Westaway of Jaan, (pictured below) Raffles legend Amos Ting and Chef Louis Tay of Swissôtel Merchant Court who beat out 29 other countries to take Singapore to gold in the Culinary Olympics 2016, plus a host of rising stars from across the network.

Festival highlights will include a pool party across several different hotels to launch the event, masterclasses from cocktail shaking to world-class baking, foodie influencer meet-ups and more to entice both locals and visitors to Singapore to experience the very best flavours of the city. It will culminate in a Super Sunday brunch at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa where each of the group’s restaurants and bars will come together to showcase their signature dishes and drinks along with entertainment and fun for all the family.
