As the City gets ready to celebrate Singapore’s 51st National Day at Singapore National Stadium, LeVeL33 perched at Marina Bay remains a great spot to catch some of firework display.  To make the celebrations exceptional, exclusively on National Day itself, August 9th, LeVeL33 Executive Chef Jimi Tegerdine, will be rolling out an exclusive Singapore Platter ($50 for 2 pax) – Black vinegar roast pork, Chicken rice arancini and pickled chili mayo, cereal prawn with lemongrass emulsion, beef and hazelnut satay and soy and pan seared coconut brioche and pandan jam.

The Singapore Platter is best paired with LeVeL33’s version of Singapore Sling ($23) – a potent and delicious mix of London Dry Gin, Champagne and strawberry marmalade, pineapple/cinnamon/pink pepper syrup, pomegranate and lemon juice, topped with Goji berry infused soda.
