7,700 venues around the world participate

Singapore, May 21 2018 – In celebration of one of the world’s greatest cocktails CÉ LA VI has teamed up with highly anticipated Negroni Week to raise money for their charity partner, The Red Cross Society Singapore. 

Now in its fourth consecutive year, Singapore’s Negroni Week was launched by Imbibe and Campari in an effort to raise money for charities around the world. From 2013 to 2017, Negroni Week grew from 100 participating venues to over 7,700 venues around the world. To date, they have collectively raised nearly $1.5 million for charitable causes.  

Negroni Week will run from the June 4 – 10 where iconic rooftop destination, CÉ LA VI, will work alongside The Red Cross Society Singapore to raise awareness, donations and support. This homegrown, humanitarian organisation is dedicated to relieving human suffering, protecting lives and dignity and responding to emergencies since 1949. They serve the vulnerable through the blood donor recruitment programme, a home and activity centre for the disabled, transport aid, food aid and community first aid. 

CÉ LA VI will be offering two innovative Negroni cocktails for the festival, Barrel Aged Negroni (S$24++) and CÉ LA VI’s Frozen Negroni (S$24++). 

For a twist on the classic Italian aperitif, Barrel Aged Negroni is a blend of T10, Campari and Plum infused Rosso for deep fruity notes, designed to enhance the drink’s complexity of flavours. CÉ LA VI’s Frozen Negroni is a creative interpretation on the traditional cocktail, featuring T10, Rosso, Campari and Barrel Aged, served frozen. This contemporary Al Fresco cocktail is the perfect accompaniment for taking in the unparalleled cityscape at sunset.
